This warranty is only valid in the United States of America, 5 years
from date of purchase, and on production of the original sales receipt or invoice together with the faulty product.

You may not claim under this warranty when the capacitor is damaged as a result of accident, commercial use, fair wear and tear or misuse (including, without limitation failure to use the capacitor for its normal purpose, in accordance with the instructions or use in a manner inconsistent with applicable local technical or safety standards).

Any adaptation or adjustment to, or alteration of, the capacitor carried out for any reason, whether properly carried out or not. Where permitted under applicable law, this warranty will be your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty, guarantee or condition, express or implied, in respect of this product and neither Direct Brand Limited or their suppliers will be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage.
